I’ve been saying this for years. Non Fat and 1% milk throw off your glycemic index (blood sugar balance) because it’s too rich in carbohydrates without the fat buffer; your body converts it to sugar quickly and then causes your blood sugar level to plunge shortly thereafter. Reminder – Have protein, fat and carbohydrates every time you eat something.
