It depends on what you’re eating and how often you get to play in the sun down south. As you can see from the map below from Harvard, we are above the 37th so don’t get enough direct sun light most of the year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can get enough from food but it can be difficult (tip- eating lots of fish not only helps your Omega 3 level but also your Vitamin D).
